➢ Peak Seasons 2025 & 2026: 23rd December 2025 – 05th January 2026.

• Surcharged policy for Room (Non-Private Pool Villa):

a) High Seasons: IDR 450,000 net/night.

b) Peak Seasons: IDR 600,000 net/night.

• Surcharged policy for Villa (Private Pool Villa):

➢ High Seasons: IDR 700,000 net/night.

➢ Peak Seasons: IDR 800,000 net/night.

Children Policy:

- Children with maximum 11 years old, is free of charge as using existing bed (without breakfast).

- Mandatory Children 12 years old using extra bed with additional charge.

- Additional extra breakfast rates following the contract.

- Maximum 1 child additional in one room.

Maximum room capacity for Seascape Sanur, Suara Alam Ubud and Cyrus Villa Seminyak.

- Adults only (no kid or child are permitted or allowed to stay, valid for Suara Alam Ubud only).

- Maximum room capacity is 2 pax or 2 person per room or per villa.

- Extra Person or Extra Bed are not available or not able to be provided in each room or type.

Check in time / Checkout time:

• Check in time is at 15:00.

• Check out time is 12:00 noon.

• Late checkout until 18:00 hours will be charged 50% from the daily rate and It’s subject to availability.

• Late Checkout after 18:00 hours will incur a payment of 100% of the daily rate and It’s subject to availability.

• No Check in and Check out allowed in NYEPI DAY (SILENCE DAY) on 29th March 2025 and 19th March 2026, No activities are allowed in the whole island of Bali.
